Юрий Каганский: самозабвенный ученик и требовательный учитель

Полвека назад главный инженер Братского филиала Восточно-Сибирской теплоэнергетической компании Юрий Каганский прочно связал свою судьбу с теплоэнергетикой и ни разу не пожалел о своем выборе. За эти годы ему пришлось сменить целый ряд должностей, но до сих пор он каждый раз открывает что-то новое в избранной профессии.
«Таких технически грамотных энергетиков, как Юрий Каганский, в Братске единицы. Он обладает бесценным опытом, которым охотно делится с молодыми специалистами», - рассказывает о коллеге технический директор филиала ВСТК Владимир Шуманский.
«Любит свое дело, творчески подходит к работе, постоянно стремится к самосовершенствованию», – дополняет рассказ генеральный директор филиала Сергей Родионов.
А ведь когда-то Юрий Каганский был простым сельским мальчишкой, который даже не представлял, что такое теплоэнергетика.
